Achieving the GBF mission and targets demands a transformative change of our economic models and all public and private decision-making processes. CBD Parties should make transforming and mainstreaming biodiversity, in key sectors and across government, their top priority at COP16 and at home when implementing the Global Biodiversity Framework.
The event will present a call to action, developed by a wide range of non-state actors (Youth, Business organizations and NGOs), that aim to build convergence around the need of kick-start transformative action on mainstreaming starting with a set of specific and immediate actions.
