WWFs NBSAP Tracker – Presentation and Discussion

WWF invites you to discuss the NBSAP Tracker results, see how countries compare, hear the reactions from government and other stakeholders, and learn about the methodology of this online tool.
This interactive session will present the results to date of the NBSAP Tracker (https://wwf.panda.org/act/nbsap_tracker_check_your_countrys_nature_progress/) based on WWF’s NBSAPs we need checklist (https://wwfint.awsassets.panda.org/downloads/wwf-nbsaps-we-need-2023_final.pdf).
The NBSAP Tracker covers a wide range of assessment criteria and takes a close look at the inner workings of each NBSAP.
The session will offer the opportunity to discuss both the results and the tool itself and hear reactions from governments and other stakeholders.
The programme includes:
– Presentation of NBSAP Tracker, methodology and results to date
– Reaction from government representatives from different regions
– Comments from other stakeholders on the tool
– Open, interactive exchange
