Join the Blue Nature Alliance at CBD COP16 for a dynamic panel discussion on global strategies in sustainable marine financing. Explore best practices, innovative tools, and essential resources for countries to finance and achieve their marine 30x30 conservation goals.

The Blue Nature Alliance is a global partnership that aims to catalyze 18 million km2 of large-scale marine conservation areas in collaboration with governments, IP&LCs, and partners towards conserving 30% of Oceans by 2030. As part of this effort, Blue Nature Alliance supports partners and governments in developing financing solutions for establishment and effective management of marine conservation areas.
This event will feature a panel of leaders driving innovative financing solutions to enable countries to achieve their 30×30 aspirations – including debt-for-nature swaps, conservation trust funds, regional financing mechanisms, etc. Technical resources to support conservation finance capacity development will be highlighted.
