Incentivising and promoting a race to the top: a focus on corporates and complex supply chains

Supply chain traceability is currently a major challenge for many corporates hoping to monitor their impact on nature. Genuine and specific nature positive outcomes cannot be demonstrated unless the location of impact is known, however the proposed set of state of nature metrics can still be used where this is not possible and a landscape-level approach is needed. In this session, we will explore both the challenges and the opportunities of a drive towards a greater understanding of the impact of corporate activities on nature.
