It equips learners not just with knowledge but shapes attitudes and lasting behavioural change for a more sustainable future. By developing Green muscle memory” —habits, routines and attitudes develop eco-friendly actions repetitively and consistently. This life skill enables and empowers learners to be agents of change and make environmentally friendly choices instinctively. This roundtable discussion will explore positive practices and solutions, inspiring action for fostering green muscle memory for a nature positive world. We will then break into small groups to share on the theme of green muscle memory.
