Aligning nature metrics to strengthen business accountability and accelerate action toward nature-positive outcomes

To strengthen business accountability and drive nature-positive outcomes, WBCSD members across forestry, agri-food, energy, and built environment sectors are collaborating to prioritize key nature metrics for measuring and disclosing environmental impacts. This session will introduce WBCSD’s plan to develop a “Nature Metrics Portal,” showcasing its value for business users. Highlighting the work on aligning corporate reporting in regenerative agriculture, the session explores how metrics form the foundation of a robust nature performance system. Attendees will gain insights into the role of WBCSD’s portal in advancing corporate accountability and accelerating progress toward a nature-positive future.
